Direct Effect Innovation Challenge

The 2021 Direct Effect® Innovation Challenge was a nationwide competition open to all collegiate marketing, design, and business students and faculty. Each team answered a real-world marketing challenge presented by the Naval Museum Aviation Foundation, based in Pensacola, Florida. Wilkes University was named the winning team of this competition.

The goal of our marketing campaign was to expand the museum’s brand in order to appeal to a larger audience, create an interactive community that anyone across the nation can become a part of, and deepen the relationships with current members. In order to meet our goals, we created a user-generated social media campaign, a direct mailer, and radio advertisements.
