Yuletide at Devon

Yuletide at Devon was an inaugural event held at the historical Devon Horse Show Country Fairgrounds from November - December 2023. Inspired by European Christmas Markets, this event blended unique vendors, food, rides, live entertainment, Christmas lights, parades, and more! As the Social Media Manager & Graphic Designer, I was tasked with producing engaging content, collaborating with influencers, musicians, and vendors, creating print materials, and responding to all interactions in a timely manner.

Social Media Highlights

Over the span of four months, the Yuletide Festival account grew from 0 to 13.6 thousand followers - with over 1.5 million impressions and 70,000 profile visits in 30 days.

Instagram Reels proved to be a successful tool for engaging new and current followers. Each week, trending sounds were utilized to increase reach.

With 50+ vendors, musicians, sponsors, and partners, I was tasked with making sure each of them was recognized through our main hub!

Lack of content during the launch of the Yuletide socials allowed me to leverage AI for event image creation. These new tools ensured sustained audience engagement in the absence of content. This experience honed my skills in AI-driven creative solutions. These images also set the tone for what the curated feed would look like during the run of show.

I navigated the delicate balance between maintaining brand integrity and highlighting the unique voices of performing artists, ensuring our online presence remained engaging and authentic.

  • During the run of show, I managed and collaborated with photographers and videographers to get those “must-have” lifestyle shots that combined the feel of the festival with our brand.
